Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning is an important aspect of maintaining your home's exterior. Dirt, mold, grime, debris, and other substances can accumulate on your roof and cause damage, so it's important to clean it regularly. For the process for our roof cleaning we will apply a soft wash solution which will instantly dissolve any buildup of dirt, mold, grime, debris etc. During the process we will also continuously be watering the foliage around the house to dilute any of this solution which could be running off. After the roof cleaning we also provide a wall wash in which we will go around the perimeter of the property to again, rinse all the foliage as well as rinse down the walls of any debris, runoff, or bugs. Doing so we are ensuring to take the proper measures to wash off all areas and account for anything that we may have missed.
Screen Enclosure Cleaning
Over time, screen enclosures can accumulate mold, algae, dirt, dust, pollen, and other debris, which can make them appear dirty and/or rusty. Getting a chemical cleaning really brightens up your screens and removes all the mold, algae, dirt, pollen, etc.. During this process we will soft-wash screens and frames then rinse them down completely to remove any and all chemicals really well. Typically, we use 50+ gallons of water to rinse enclosures down, depending the size. Then we will also wash down the patio of any debris that may have fallen during the cleaning.
